Precautions for Audio Copy Order
The indexing and sorting of audio files are based on the order in which they are saved to the Flash drive, not by their filenames. When you need to copy and replace audio files, connect the Type-C cable (ensure it has data transfer capabilities, as some Type-C cables are only for charging) to your computer. A drive letter will appear. Upon the first connection of the Type-C cable to the computer, the driver will be automatically installed. After successful installation, the computer will prompt you to format the drive. Choose the default configuration size for the formatted Flash capacity.
There are two commonly used copy methods:
1.Use the shortcut keys “Ctrl+C” and “Ctrl+V”, but be cautious not to click on any selected files intended for sending, as this will initiate sending from the clicked file, potentially disrupting the file order. Left-click on the first audio file in the folder to be copied, press Ctrl+A to select all, then Ctrl+C to copy, and finally Ctrl+V to paste into the target drive letter.
2.Arrange the audio files in the desired order within the folder to be copied. Select all the audio files you want to send. Then, left-click on the first file (e.g., 0001 Singing for the Motherland.mp3) and select “Send to” from the right-click menu, choosing the root directory of your Flash drive or TF card. (Note: Left-click on the first file you want to send, as the system will start sending from this file.)
