Product Introduction

The WT2003HB03 is a high-performance, high-quality voice module that employs a high-performance 32-bit processor with a maximum frequency of 120 MHz. It features low cost, low power consumption, high reliability, and strong versatility. The control method is flexible: it supports standard asynchronous serial communication (UART). It supports SPI-Flash, TF cards, and USB drives as storage media. It includes functionalities such as file index playback, insert playback, single track loop, all tracks loop, and random playback. Volume can be adjusted in 32 levels, and it supports external attachment of up to 128 Mbit Flash, 32 GB TF card, and 32 GB USB drive.

• Does not play by default upon power-up; has a BUSY status indicator, which is high during busy playback;

• External Flash can be connected to a computer via the module’s USB interface to view or modify its content, directly downloading voice from the computer to the Flash simulated removable disk (simulated USB drive) (compatible with XP, WIN7, and WIN10 systems);
• Supports high-quality audio formats (8kbps~320kbps), producing beautiful sound quality;
• Operating voltage: 2.4-5.2V;
• Maximum support for 128Mbit Flash, 32GB SD card, and 32GB USB drive (SD card and USB drive must be in FAT or FAT32 format);
• Built-in 0.5W Class D amplifier;
• Volume adjustable, with 32 levels;
• Two 16-bit asynchronous divider timers;
• Digital audio stream, IIS supports host and slave modes;
• One IIC controller;
• One infrared remote control decoder;

• High-power IO driving capability, up to 64mA direct drive;
• Connects to a computer via USB interface, showing Flash or SD card drive letter on the computer, allowing direct copying of audio to the drive letter, after copying, the USB cable must be removed before serial port control playback, otherwise, serial port commands will not respond;
• Supports offline firmware upgrades for SD card/USB drive, it is recommended to reserve an interface when designing the board;
• If the voice chip needs to be connected to Flash, it must be the Flash produced by ‘WeiChuang’. If there are special reasons not to use it, it must be communicated with our company’s sales department and noted (using other manufacturers’ Flash privately will result in non-functionality).

Note: For key function inquiries, please contact our company’s business department. It is recommended to route the voice chip’s programming port as a test point on the PCB board. The benefits of doing so are as follows:

1. Users can replace audio files in the Flash or TF card via the USB interface. In case of special anomalies or mixed materials, there is no need to remove the chip; our company can assist in directly updating the voice program online.
2. After your company has stocked up, if a customer suddenly requests additional features, we can also assist by providing an upgrade program for USB drive updates.
