The WTN604008M02 button playback board is mainly used for various electric toys, electronic toys, and sensing toys. It controls PWM output through button operation, and provides various power supplies and speaker options. Additionally, we also support customized services for our customers.

This product has a compact size, clear recorded sound, and can be applied to occasions such as card making and electronic toy production. The voice can be updated and expanded, and it is easy to use. Power can be supplied by button batteries or other equivalent power supplies. Voice playback can be customized by the customer. The control method is a button to cycle through the next track. The supply voltage ranges from 3.0V to 5.5V, and the maximum current is 110mA with a standby power consumption of 2uA. The working temperature is -40~85 degrees Celsius, and the humidity ranges from 5% to 95%. The speaker parameters are an 8Ω/0.5W speaker.

Product Application Cases:
We will use the following case to illustrate how to use our voice PCBA to make a vocal child’s toy:
Requirement: Use this voice PCBA to develop a vocal toy that can play four different voices when a button is pressed: 1 lullaby, 2 baby laughter, 3 melody three, 4 melody four. It should have a loud sound and serve to calm children. It needs a casing made of materials like acrylic sheets, 3D printing materials, etc. and electronic components such as silicone buttons, an 8-ohm 0.5W speaker, and button batteries.
Tools Required: Hairdryer or heat gun, electric drill or manual drill, saw or hand saw, and 3D printer (if required to print a casing).
Steps:
- 1 Determine the size and design of the casing, which can be based on children’s favorite elements or colors. If a casing needs to be printed, it must be designed in 3D and printed.
- 2 Weld or install the required electronic components, such as buttons, on the PCBA.
- speaker and button batteries, and test whether voice playback and control methods are normal.
- 3 Design openings in the casing and cut them using an electric drill or manual tool.
- 4 Fix the PCBA and speaker inside the casing, paying attention to the position and direction.
- 5 Install the casing switch and test if the switch and voice playback are working normally.
- 6 Test the functionality and effect of the entire vocal toy, and adjust the volume and sound quality.
- 7Conduct overall assembly and beautification processing, such as spraying paint or adding stickers.
- 8 Confirm that the sample is feasible, and conduct mass production.
