By using either the MIC or line-in method, audio files can be recorded into the chip, enabling on-site recording functionality. Currently available series include WT588F, WTR, WT2003H, and WT2605. Recording durations range from 1 minute to 3 months. Additionally, certain sounds can be pre-stored in the chip, ensuring they remain fixed and cannot be deleted or overwritten, for use as product alert tones.

WTR096, WT2003H, and WT2605 are all sound chips that support high-quality recording.
1. You can check whether the correct playback command has been sent by sending the code. 2. If it is an external Flash project, check if the Flash is soldered properly.

The chip has a built-in 132KB Flash that can store voice and can record for 90 seconds at an 8K sampling rate; Support external installation of 2-128Mb Flash, capable of recording for more seconds.
The chip itself supports storing fixed voice and recording, and supports BIN modification using our upper computer.
Compared to ISDN1820, due to the differential input of ISD1820’s microphone, the recording quality is higher than WTR096, but correspondingly, the cost is also higher than WTR096.
